MTV was on set at Gucci Mane’s video shoot for his newly released track Darker featuring new Brick Squad member Chief Keef.
“Me and Rozay checked out Gucci’s album and listened to the joints. Gucci was like, ‘Yo, I got another one called ‘Darker’ it’s me and Chief Keef. Me and Sosa, we gonna go in; we need you to do it.’ I was like, ‘I got you, it’s nothin.’ The concept [of the video] is that ATL bike life. That street bike life is real big now. Shout out to Meek Mill, he really put me more up on it. From Baltimore and Philly. The parks, riding four-wheelers and just that lifestyle.”

He claims he needs to handle some technicalities but with both Kanye West and J. Cole releasing albums on June 18th, he probably didn’t want to compete. He also said that Trey Songz, 2 Chainz, Future, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross and Ne-Yo will all play a part in the project.
