Kendrick Lamar and Nas were performers at the Governor’s Ball last night in New York where the two went through a medley of their popular tracks for the crowd. Eminem, Royce Da 5’9″ & Black Hippy In The Studio
The moment everyone has been waiting for finally went down! Black Hippy was recently in Detroit for their “good kid, m.A.A.d. city” tour where the paid a visit to the one and only Eminem. Thisis50 just posted a pic of the legend alongside Royce Da 5’9″ and Mr. Porter, with Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock in the studio. We can only wait to find out what the group cooked up together but at least this is a sign of great music to come.
Papoose Crashes Summer Jam XX (Video)
Ok so in case you missed Hot 97‘s Summer Jam XX last night, Papoose ended up crashing the stage after Kendrick Lamar‘s set and unexpectedly performed “Get At Me” from his debut album “Nacirema Dream.” No one knew what was going on and why he was there, but Kendrick did leave the stage 5 minutes before he was supposed to which caused a sense that he may have been in on it.

ASAP Rocky & Kendrick Lamar Perform At Hot 97′s Summer Jam XX (Video)
Last night was Hot 97‘s Summer Jam XX concert where ASAP Rocky and Kendrick Lamar were both headliners. Rocky had a few special guests up his sleeve where he brought out ASAP Ferg, Trinidad James and Schoolboy Q to perform their “Work” remix, as well as surprising the crowd by bringing out Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. 2 Chainz and Kendrick also joined him on stage for “Fuckin Problems” but Drake did not appear at the concert.
After the jump you can watch Kendrick’s full set where he was joined on stage by Jay Rock for “Money Trees” and brought out Ab-Soul and Schoolboy Q to perform solo songs. The disappointing part from his set was no Jay-Z who was rumoured to join him for his “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe” remix.

In case ya’ll forgot, Kendrick Lamar already released the official remix for “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe” featuring Jay-Z. Today its time to K.Dot to collaborate for his international remix with singer Emeli Sande. The two recently performed this version together at a show in Brooklyn where the songstress provides a soulful interlude to start the song off.
