Diplo and his Mad Decent label are bringing back their Summer “Block Party” this year. The tour will hit 13 cities starting off in Calgary on July 19th ending in San Diego on September 19th. Good news for Toronto as we get to party with Mad Decent on July 26th at a yet to be determined venue. You won’t want to miss this event!

Kendrick Lamar just announced that he will be going back on tour this May to promote his “good kid, m.A.A.d city” album. After hitting a few music festivals, he will kick things off in Las Vegas before continuing to travel the world. There is a Toronto date but we will have to wait a few months before he arrives at Sound Academy August 2nd. Oh and the rest of his Black Hippy crew will be joining him for his US shows. Big Boi Announces “Shoes For Running” Tour: Toronto Date Revealed
Its that time for Big Boi to hit the road and go promote his Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors album. He just announced a 45 city Shoes For Running tour with Killer Mike which kicks off on April 18th in his home town.
He will be hitting up Toronto and will be featured at NXNE here on June 16th. Here’s what he had to say about the tour and you can peep all the dates below.
“We starting it off in my own backyard . . . that’s right up the street. They’ll show me love before we get out there in the midst of the world. You gotta stay on your craft. Sharpen up. We’ve been doing one-offs, a couple shows a month just to keep the dust off ya ass. It’ll be a nice block of Killer Mike and Big just killing shit. We’re gonna do just about all the records that me and him recorded together. To play your music in front of the fans that love it, it’s like the best feeling in the world. Just jamming out with all walks of life.”
Jay-Z & Justin Timberlake Announce “Legends Of The Summer” Tour
Life + Times have revealed that Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake will be going on stadium tour together this summer, making 12 stop, 10 being in the US and 2 in Canada. The dates have not been set yet but the cities and venues are official. Check if he’s coming to your city below (Yes they are coming to Toronto).
